It’s no secret there’s a lot going on in the Clear Lake area communities.

But here at Clear Lake Connection, we’ve also had a lot going on, including creating a brand-new, unified website. The website, which will be available any day now, is designed to be easier for readers to navigate and more mobile-friendly than ever.

The new site will allow us to update the news in your communities quicker and bring even more content to you, our valued readers.

You’ll not only be able to access news about your own community, you’ll be able to read about news in surrounding communities, including articles we feature in League City/Kemah Connection.

Through the navigation tab at the top of the site, you’ll be able to access various topics, including business, education, health, government, transportation, space, features and entertainment.

With one click, you’ll be able to see all of the stories we’ve published in Connection on that specific topic.

And for residents who don’t get Clear Lake Connection delivered to their homes, our E-Edition will also be accessible through the new website, better and easier to read than ever.

And you’ll be able to flip through the pages just like you had the hard copy in your hands, or click on specific stories to scroll through it in that format as well.

I’m really excited for readers to see this, and I think it’s going to be an even better way for the community to stay informed.

Investing in this site to provide readers with even more easily accessible news and information is testament to our commitment to these communities.

My hope is that this will help us grow alongside these communities.

We’re working on the final touches on the website, so make sure to check in daily. So, let me know what you think about the new website and our coverage overall. Please, don’t hesitate to email me.

We’re always looking for new ways to do our job better to serve you.

Make sure to visit the new website at www.connection.news
